Carl Wayne who was lead singer of The Hollies after Alan Clarke retired used to complain that the other members of The Hollies werent interested in setting foot inside a recording studio or in any new songs. As a result Carl recorded some songs himself with German production outfit Et Cetera including this cover of The Hollies 1980 single penned by Mike Batt. This song was released in Germany as a single.I have also got another mix of this song with added gun fire, explosions etc giving the impression of war. If you want to hear this leave a comment !
