Thought on RUNES (IF you can Rank up a common):
Typically, you want to give your common monsters team speed runes to help your deny monster go first.
However, there will be situations when even with team speed runes, you still would not be able to out-speed the enemy deny monster.
In those situations, you don’t benefit from using team speed because your monster could potentially die from the enemy deny’s AoE (due to your base life) and you lose out on team speed.
So in some situations it’s better to use a life rune on your common monster.
Some useful advantages of running life on a common monster:
1) The enemy deny monster, instead of using an AoE Deny could target the common monster direct to eliminate it. You may lose your common, but you can come out winning the battle.
2) If the enemy deny monster still uses an AoE Deny skill, your common monster could survive. When it’s the enemy attackers turn, instead of attacking your legendary monsters, it may use a powerful attack to eliminate the common monster, thus protecting your legendary monsters from getting hurt.
