BY FAR THE EASIEST RARE TO RANK UP!
* Must Have Skill (If I put an * next to a skill, I think it’s really important to have that skill)
Skills:
*Three Inch Punch
*Zen Meditation
Nukite
Combustion
You can also use Fire Downpour instead of Nukite or Combustion. Especially if you decide to give his monster strength runes.
Runes:
Life Runes are a MUST with Rares. (1 or 2)
At least 1 Speed rune since you don’t want your Rare being too slow. (Unless you are using that Rare as a monster shield – all life runes – to take hits from the enemy monster.
Strength runes can help deal dmg, but every strength rune you add you miss out on increased life or speed, so decide carefully.
As a general rune setup for Ranked-up Rares you can use one of the following:
1 Strength, 1 Speed, 1 Life (Well balanced increase to all stats)
3 Life Runes (Will survive multiple hits from Legendary; may not get a turn soon)
2 Life 1 Speed (Will survive hit/s from Legendary and get a turn soon to apply DoT or Deny)
