Typically you run 3 TEAM SPEED to help your main deny monster.
You can also use Life Runes to increase Mudflow’s survivability for a greater chance to be able to use his deny skills and inorder to increase the chance of getting 3 coins in war. Life runes should be utilized when you don’t need the extra speed because your runes are better than the enemy’s runes.
