Rune Options:
3 Speed – You’ll be able to immobilize the enemy magic monster with stun. Or start the game off with Confluent Powers.
2 Speed 1 Strength – Given the fact that Learean is ranked up, you could very much use it as an attacker.
1 Strength/Speed/Life – Considering this monster is ranked up, and can deal DoT effects as well as immobilize by stunning and 50% stamina drain then a tanky Learnean can be sufficient to win you the game.
