I personally prefer World’s Fair over Field Day so that Hercule will always have a shield on.
Choose what works best for you.
Runes, like usual can vary depending where you are at the game, what kind of monsters your enemies have, etc.
In this case a ranked 115 Hercule has a high enough base speed that running 3 strength runes is not a problem.
