3 Speed (Try to possess an enemy monster. Will only work if you have a faster main deny monster than opponent)
2 Speed 1 Life (Possibly have high enough Life to survive a hit, and fast enough to go after enemy deny monster)
3 Life (Enough Life to survive multiple hits and use as a monster shield)
You can swap out Team Speed runes for any other rune to support the main deny monster.
